DAY NIGHT in the official competition of Punto de Vista

Today has started the prestigous Punto de Vista Film Festival 2010 that will be held in the northern spanish region of Navarra.

Pangea Films production DAY NIGHT is on the Official competition section. There will be a screening for the press on february 7th and a public screening on february 8th both subtitled into spanish and english. DAY NIGHT was selected to participate in the official competition with other 20 documentaries out of a total of 719 films that apply for selection.

The Festival took its name, Punto de Vista (Point of View), as a tribute to Vigo, the first director to refer, back in the 30’s, to a “documented point of view” as a distinctive sign of a form of filmmaking which commits the filmmaker.
